Coming to therapy requires courage.
Dr. Brasch offers an empathic and collaborative space where clients can feel understood, valued, and accepted as they are. She approaches therapy through an important lens: that lasting change and healing comes from understanding the present-day impact of one’s past experiences and relationships, most importantly with oneself.
Whether you are hoping to better manage stress and anxiety, navigate a challenging time in your life, strengthen your relationships, let go of feelings of insecurity, recover from trauma or loss, or improve your overall wellbeing and satisfaction with life, Dr. Brasch can help.
