She approaches therapy through an important lens: that lasting change and healing comes from understanding the present-day impact of one’s past experiences and relationships, most importantly with oneself. Whether you are hoping to better manage stress and anxiety, navigate a challenging time in your life, strengthen your relationships, let go of feelings of insecurity, recover from trauma or loss, or improve your overall wellbeing and satisfaction with life, Dr. Brasch can help.

Dr. Brasch completed her doctoral training and APA-accredited internship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she worked with adolescents and adults across a variety of clinical settings. She received specialized training in women’s health during a postdoctoral fellowship with the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center. Previously, Dr. Brasch earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Virginia, where she graduated with High Distinction. She also holds a certificate in the specialty of Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International.
