Clinical Approach

Dr. Brasch is a Licensed Psychologist who provides individual psychotherapy to adults of all ages and backgrounds. Her practice balances evidence-based intervention with compassionate care, individually tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

In addition to treating general difficulties with anxiety, depression, and life stress, Dr. Brasch is particularly passionate about helping clients who have experienced trauma, attachment-related and family relationship concerns, grief, and maternal mental health concerns. She is trained to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy to interested clients. Dr. Brasch also treats individuals within a family context when beneficial (e.g., maternal-infant care, couples, and parent-child dyads).
